New items are unplayed, recent pressings direct from our suppliers. Sometimes shrinkwrap will be opened to verify colours or were never sealed by the label. Being a retail environment records can occasionally show some minor handling / shelf wear (which is why we grade as NM).
We do our best to list variants accurately but we're constantly restocking items and mistakes can happen. With new records we usually have the most common or standard retail versions. If we're listing a rare variant cheaply or if you're buying a specific variant and want to be sure feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll make sure we have the exact version you're looking for.
