Side A of the record has a white label with a grey watermark "Eye" image, maroon text and shows I.R.S. and Faulty Products also in maroon ink. Side B of the record has a maroon label with the "Alternative Tentacles" logo.
This record and packaging seem to be identical to the original first U.S. pressing under the same labels. The only difference in the Runout in the dead wax area of the record. It shows "RE1" in the runout signifying that it is a Repress. Pressing plant is different as well.
Pressing plant & release date are both identified from the runouts.

Next day shipping M-F upon receipt of payment and all Items ship with new professional packing materials. Used vinyl is ultrasonically cleaned for a minimum of 30 mins and then dried on a VC-S2. Vinyl ships in a new rice paper sleeve outside the jacket (cleaned) and in a new 3mil sleeve for a process we call: “Turntable Ready Records”.
Buyer is responsible for shipping, accepted payment options: PayPal & credit card.
