Standard - Media Mail: 3 - 5 Business Days
Promotion! : 1 to 4 items: $5.00
5 items and up: $2.00 per each additional item
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 or more
INTERNATIONAL:
Canada: $25 from 1 to 3 records
$5 for each additional record

We are a small record store located in Manheim (PA), locally owned and managed,
Our policy is to have every single record cleaned, VISUALLY graded as accurately as possible
and protect each one with a new resealable plastic sleeve.
We do ship everyday but please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays therefore all weekend orders are shipped on the following Tuesday.
In order to give a better customer service and a quick delivery of all the orders, in case of unavailable records we do ship the rest of the order and refund portion of the shipping charges. Please send us a note if you want us to ship only complete orders.
We do ship all our orders in cardboard boxes and often we do use “additional”
records to protect your purchase. Those records are yours to keep :)
Orders will will automatically cancelled if not paid within 4 days

Used & Vintage Items - 7 Days
Used & Vintage items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refund
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
In case you need to return an item, please contact us first. We are happy to provide you with a shipping label for return.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
Please note that we do offer returns on International Orders BUT we do not refund ANY shipping under any circumstance. Please buy accordingly .
