Barnacle Records is a brick & mortar record menagerie located in Kamloops, British Columbia. As such our inventory changes on an hourly basis via local sales which cannot be manually updated immediately and may result in shortages in stock as listed on Discogs. Please refer to our inventory at www.barnaclerecords.com to self-check availability.
Our freight batches leave the store bound for distribution every Friday - cut-off for inclusion is Thursdays, 6PM PST. As such, if you are in need of EXPRESS SHIPPING please contact us for an updated shipping quote.
We will provide you with tracking, but as we bulk courier our shipments weekly (every Friday, Tuesday & Friday during high season) to a central distribution it will often take 15-12 business days for the tracking to go live (depending on destination, domestic freight is faster!).
Barnacle Records is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages that may be incurred during transit.
If you wish to purchase insurance on your package (so a claim can be filed for compensation should your item become damaged during shipping), please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to do this, but only at the buyer's request.
Please understand we are not responsible for manufacturing defects on sealed items. Issues regarding playback, scratches, warping etc on sealed items need to be addressed by the manufacturer or record label.
Returns on unopened products may be accepted on a circumstantial basis at the expense of the buyer. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We ask that you contact us prior to shipping items back to us.

We pack & track your order to arrive safe and sound! To avoid seam splits on sealed records, we suggest that you request sealed/mint LPs to be unsealed and shipped with the LPs outside the jacket. We are happy to do this but only at the direct request of the buyer.
We exclusively reference the address in the buyer's Discogs profile - please ensure that your profile information is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address if your Discogs information is not accurate.
We offer full-disclosure on the condition of used items when we invoice you (or before hand if you message us and would like to know).
