Thank you for your interest in our business! We are a volume based seller. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as we can. We will provide a tracking number and mark the order shipped when it does. Thank you for your patience. Please see our Shipping Policies and Rates below! Note: we are not open on weekends or holidays, so please allow a few extra shipping days if your order is placed during those times. WE DO NOT PROVIDE AUDIO CLIPS! Please do not ask! We also do NOT provide pictures unless the item is worth $50 or more.
+ We give customers 30 days from Discogs origin date to pay and add on to their order (as long as you don't pay). Once an order has been paid for, no further changes or additions can be made to it! When you are done shopping and ready to pay just send us a message and we will send you a final invoice. Our invoicing is based on 30 day terms which gives you 30 days to keep shopping (as long as you don't pay)!
+ We ship directly to your Discogs address! If you would like your order to be shipped elsewhere, please notify us immediately within your order.
+ We have a minimum order policy of $1.99.
+ Sealed records are sold "AS IS". No refunds or exchanges on sealed items. Sealed records are assumed to be unplayed and therefore are graded NM because they cannot be opened to assign a media grade
+All items are shipped in new boxes with cardboard filler pads for protection.
+Because we are a volume based seller, if we don't explicitly state that a record comes with an insert, lyric sheet, poster, original inner sleeve, or any other extras then it should be assumed that these are not included with the record.
+ We usually ship within 3-5 business days (we are closed on weekends) from "payment received" date. If you need your order to ship faster, contact us about Rush Priority Mail shipping options. We do not hold orders for any reason. All order will ship within the 3-5 business day time period.
+ FOR IN STORE PICK UP: YOU MUST CHOOSE "LOCAL PICKUP" IN YOUR CART WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED SHOPPING. ALL STORE PICK UP ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE PICKUP USING PAYPAL!!! YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE READY FOR PICKUP UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN DISCOGS. WE WILL MESSAGE YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP IN STORE. After checking out with 'LOCAL PICKUP' no changes or mergers can be made to your order. You must provide your shipping requests with every order you place, otherwise, we will ship how we feel it should be shipped. We are not mind readers and process hundreds of orders a day. There is no way we can remember every shipping detail. There may be extra shipping fees if your request requires extra boxes and/or special packaging.
+Due to our volume of business, all orders with missing items will be refunded and the order will be shipped as is. If you would like us to handle your order in a different manner than this, you must contact us within your order at the time of payment.
+ Please do not buy items if you do not intend to pay. All orders will be cancelled and re-listed after one month if we do not receive payment.
+ Once an order is paid, no changes or additions can be made so make sure you are done shopping before you pay. This is due to our warehouse configuration. We're not trying to be greedy.
+ Delivery confirmation with tracking is included in the price of your order.
+ If your order contains multiple formats (LPs, CDs, 7"s, etc...) and we cannot guarantee the safety of your items being shipped in one box, we will have to charge you for two shipments. If this happens, we will notify you when your order is ready to ship.
+ If you are not happy with shipping rates, all orders may be cancelled.
+ All International Orders under 4lbs ship via Asendia and over 4lbs ship Asendia or USPS Priority Mail International depending on shipping cost.
+ You have thirty days from ship date to contact us about any problems with your orders. We reserve the right to demand the item(s) be returned for a full refund if the customer has any problem with said item(s). No returns or refunds after 30 days from ship date. If you have your order shipped to a third party shipper, they must check the package for any errors before they ship. We are not responsible for any errors once the third party ships to you.
+ All double lps are considered as 2 items, triple lps as 3 and so on
+ When a record is rated vg or lower it means that it has some scratches; we do not offer refunds on vg records as they are damaged with scratches and or warps and sold at a discounted rate. If you do ask for refunds on vg records we will consider but you will be blocked from future transactions!
+ Insurance available upon request. Insurance for USA orders is $1.50 per $100 spent. Insurance for International orders is $2.50 per $100 spent. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged by the courier if you do NOT purchase insurance. It is your responsibility to ask us to include insurance in your shipping quote-if you do not ask us for insurance we are not responsible.
+ We don't have much room to hold orders. If you need us to hold your order, there will be a $10 per week holding fee. If you refuse to pay this fee, your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked from ordering from us again.

LPs/12"s: We will ship any amount of LPs for just $6.50 (1 LP is $6.50, 100 LPs is $6.50).
7"s: We will ship any amount for just $5.00. 7" box sets will ship as an LP for $6.50
CDs: We will ship any amount for just $5.00. CD box sets will ship as an LP for $6.50. Due to our flat rate shipping, we do not decase cds shipping within the USA. It is not cost effective.
Cassette Tapes: 1-2 Cassette Tapes will ship for $5.00. 3+ Cassette Tapes will ship for $6.50.
*Pennsylvania residents MUST pay 6% sales tax on all orders. PHL MUST pay 8% sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated by PayPal and will not appear on the Discogs invoice.
