We operate a retail store and do not have enough staff to listen to every record. If requested, we will play test any used, open copy we have for sale. New, sealed records will not be opened to play test, nor will any autographed record we have listed for sale, as they are brand new copies. Sealed records are graded MINT because we assume that a new unopened record/cd is in mint condition.
