Please read the following, before ordering, or coming to collect from the shop

We are a fully functioning Record Shop, located in Gateshead, NE of England UK. Open to the public, Tuesday to Saturday 1030-1700 and closed, every Sunday and Monday

If you're looking to collect an item from the shop, please message me in advance. A large proportion of the items we have for sale are held in storage and will need to be transported from there, to the shop

If you require Tracked / Signed Shipping, please advise BEFORE checking out and paying for the order. We can adjust the Shipping costs, accordingly

If you're looking to order 8 or more Records from us and outside the UK, please contact us, before ordering. Parcels weighing over 2kg, are very problematic. It appears that shipping costs and prices have risen, in many cases, far beyond our stated prices. and as such, we would need to try to find you the best option and correct price

If you're looking to order 10 Records or more and in the UK (Over 2kg in weight), please send me a message, before ordering and I can look into the various Courier options

Shipping To Australia - 'The Buyer is charged 10% on the purchase price plus shipping, Seller is invoiced for that amount'

Double vinyl albums will be classed as 2 records, and charged accordingly, triple vinyl x 3, quadruple x 4

I check the condition of all my records and won't sell records that are in very bad condition

As we are a functioning Record Shop with customers playing Records, some of the gradings listed may vary from their original listing quality. This can be down to how long a Record has been in the Shop or carelessness of those listening to the Records and not advising us that they may have scratched a Record when playing it. Also, some records may be sold in the Shop, whilst the order status is "Invoice Sent", if you do not automatically check out and are waiting for money to clear / be paid / etc etc

Because some of the records are old and possibly rare, they are not in perfect condition and may have a little "pop and crackle" but I try not to sell any that I consider to be unplayable. Occasionally though mistakes can happen, so if you're unhappy I will try and sort out another copy, or consider a refund. I will not grade a record as 'near mint' unless it is so - ie, appears unplayed

If you require the Records to be removed from the Main Sleeve, then please advise, at the time of ordering

Multiple orders (3 or more records) made up from "Make an Offer" records, will not receive a further discount

IMPORTANT: by placing an order, the following conditions are FULLY ACCEPTED by the buyer:

No refund in case of LOSS or DAMAGE. In the event that a package arrives damaged, the buyer will take care of making the claim to the post office BEFORE opening the package, and contextually submitting a request for refund to the post office itself

Should there be an issue with the condition of a Record, you will be asked to provide evidence - photos or a short, video clip. We can cover Return Postage . However, should you return a Record, claiming it to be "Faulty", "Skips" or it's claimed to be well below how it has been graded and it is play tested upon return and plays fine, you will not be refunded for your Postage costs

Sometimes packages get lost in the post. I get a "Proof-Of-Postage" certificate for every package I send and therefore cannot be held responsible for any such loss. These can be scanned in and emailed or posted to you, in the event of a missing parcel and you wishing to receive compensation. The form you will require for this, is available from the Post Office (UK)

All parcels contain cardboard stiffeners, or some strengthening material
