As from 7 July 2018, due to the complexity of the Australian tax laws and collection system we no longer sell to Australia.
If you know someone who lives outside the tax zone we are happy to sell to a friend or agent and you can then make arrangements for them to forward your order with the appropriate paperwork and custom forms etc.

On top of the postage price below we charge £1 to cover our secure 'BOX' packing costs to ensure your record reaches you undamaged and in the condition stated in our listings. Your invoice will include the box packing charge so please factor this in when calculating postage.
We use special boxes designed with additional corner tabs that give them extra strength. Additionally our packing method has another built in feature to avoid damage as we use scrunched up polythene packing to fill the box which acts like the 'crumple zone' in the front of a car so in the event of excessive manhandling the record still survives bumps and crashes :-)
For UK customers ordering records below £5 you may wish to opt for the cheaper envelope packing. If you wish to cut costs on shipping please let us know and we can ship your record with our eco-option. For international orders above £25 we add an additional £5 to our advertised postage prices below to cover Royal Mail's Track and sign for service. In the event this is not added to your order please note that your records are still fully insured against loss and damage and our current prices include full insurance which we cover at our risk. If you are buying from overseas please factor the extra track and sign fee in to total when ordering rare records or if you are buying in bulk.
We reserve the right to add a Track And Signed for charge to the order in addition to the rates advertised below. [£5 for International customers / £1 for UK customers]. Circumstances may include (but are not limited to) the following.
1. Shipping to a country or region that has a track record of losing post via the standard channels.
2. Shipping to customers with zero or low feedback scores.
3. If the order contains rare or expensive records that cannot be replaced if damaged or lost.

SECURE BOX PACKING SERVICE:
All international orders are sent box packed. All UK orders are invoiced with Secure Box Packing included.
We use high grade card boxes that are specially designed for us with additional corner tabs that when folded make the boxes extra strong. We pack the boxes with scrunched up polythene which act like a car's 'crumple zone' which give added protection during shipping in the event of getting crushed or dropped. This not only protects your records but ensures your order reaches you in the condition listed regardless of the perils it encounters while travelling in mailbags, being thrown around by postal workers and being sorted by high speed post office machinery. We deliver to all corners of the world and this method is ideal for valuable records and international shipping – Please see feedback for success rate :-)
ECO-SHIPPING OPTION [UK Only, sent at buyer's risk]
We use high grade envelope mailers with card stiffener and large 'FRAGILE' stickers to alert postal workers to treat the packet with care. Sufficient in most cases to get records to you safely in the UK and used by most record companies and UK dealers but not recommended for valuable records or orders that have NM covers if you require 100% assurance that the covers will arrive in NM condition. On most occasions the records arrive undamaged but there is always the possibility that under extreme circumstances the envelope will get bent even with the fragile sticker and stiffener being used.
From time to time packets go in to what weI call the 'black hole'. Don't panic and please be patient so we can confirm that records have gone missing. To determine if packets have been lost we have to wait several weeks after the Post Office advertised estimate delivery time in case the packet is returned to us and has not been able to be delivered. Packets can get held up in customs and delayed in sorting depots along route. Most post gets fast tracked but every now and then we have orders that take time to come out of the 'black hole'. We'll begin taking note of some of the cases to help gage designations that have known problems:
ICELAND [APRIL 2017]
Customer worried after nearly 4 weeks that order had not arrived. We asked them to wait another 2 weeks. Record arrived two days later, 29 days after shipping. Customer very pleased with order and left positive feedback: 'Items as described, good communication, great seller!'
Local delivery to address in Croydon. We're only a few miles from Croydon but the packet took nearly 4 weeks to arrive! Usual delivery time: next day!

Please note prices above are based on orders up to 7/8 records. Orders over 7/8 records may have to be split in to multiple packs to qualify for 'SMALL PACKET'. Each pack incurs the £1 box packing charge to cover our material costs.
OUTSIDE EUROPE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: There may be occasions when weight determines final price and NOT record quantity. When ordering from outside Europe the above should be used as a guide. However the final P&P costs may vary slightly especially on larger orders. Occasions when weight determines final price when buying:
1. High value ultra-rare records [We add buffers / protectors to corners to high value consignments depending on destination]
2. Records in especially thick card sleeves and heavier gatefold editions.
3. Box sets
4. Records with booklets, posters, inserts, 'freebies' or additional give aways.
5. Special Editions.
6. 78s or fragile shellac records that need extra protection and packaging.
7. Acetates (These have very heavy metal plates beneath the lacquer)
8. Records that come in special or oversized packaging. [Tins, card display, packs etc].

Please note that we are open for placing orders over the Christmas holidays but closed for posting for 7 working days during which time it is possible to place orders and reserve records but please factor in that there will be no post until the beginning of January. For orders made running up to Christmas Eve If you can please make a payment on the day you order we'll try and get the record in the post to you before our break. If payment is made on Christmas Eve or during the Christmas break your order will be processed on or shortly after January 2nd. We will email all customers details of the posting times and if for any reason you were not aware of the note on our 'details' page and your order is 'time critical' you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order and source the items from other sellers.
