I have set my shop so that shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight of items plus the stiff card that orders are shipped in. CDs can be posted without cases to reduce postage costs.
I base my postage costs on the following weights:
Standard 7" single = 75g
Non standard 7" single = 100g
LP and 12" single = 250g
Double LP = 500g
CD in full jewel case = 125g
CD in slim jewel case = 75g
CD in card or PVC cover = 50g
Prices quoted below are for standard First Class shipping in UK and International Standard airmail within the Post Office's designated Europe and Rest Of World zones. Second Class (UK) and Tracked and Signed For (ROW) option is also available at point of purchase.

It may be the case that it is cheaper to use an alternative courier. This will certainly be the case for any orders exceeding 2kg. Please contact me if you wish to place an order over 2kg so that I can invoice you correctly.
If your address on your Discogs account is different to the address on your PayPal account I will not post your order until you confirm which address is correct.
Problems with your order:
I obtain proof of posting receipts for all items I post, and all parcels have a return address. As such there is no reason why your parcel should not arrive safely or, should any problems arise, be returned to my address.
Please remember that UK and Europe shipments are not tracked unless you have paid for tracking service.
If you are unhappy with your purchase:
I have been selling music for over 20 years and use the gold mine standard found on this site here: http://www.discogs.com/help/marketplace/mp-grading. I play all (unsealed) items and grade accordingly. My feedback here and elsewhere illustrates how satisfied my buyers are with the accuracy with which I grade items.
However, I am only human and very occasionally make a mistake. If you are not happy, please don't send me aggressive and/or threatening messages as I am always happy to listen to your complaints and do my best to rectify them. Please remember, it is not in my interest to annoy customers.
I will always try to assist with lost parcels and do so out of a courtesy to my customers. It is very frustrating for all concerned when a parcel does not arrive. As Discogs say, please be patient. It is extremely rare for a parcel to vanish. One thing I can say for certain is that it is not due to me trying to rip you off or not posting the item(s).
Claims for lost parcels cannot be submitted before 15 working days for UK addresses, 20 working days for European addresses and 25 working days for rest of the world. These are my rules as they are those of the UK Royal Mail.
I keep proof of posting receipts for all parcels and will submit the claim on your behalf once we agree that the parcel is definitely lost.
As above but I will need you to email me images of both the package and contents.
I CAN PROVIDE NO REFUND UNLESS YOU PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THE DAMAGE TO BOTH THE PACKAGING AND CONTENTS.
Please note that Royal Mail's maximum compensation for items sent via Standard mail is £20. As such, it is also my terms and conditions.
I will not reimburse any fees or cost to you until the matter has been processed by Royal Mail, and will only reimburse whatever fees and costs decided by Royal Mail. This will be done by reimbursing all or part of your PayPal payment. This is done to protect both myself and Royal Mail from fraudulent claims.
There is a cut off point on submitting a claim with Royal Mail. This is currently 80 days for UK and 6 months for international post. Claims received after this duration will be refused.
Full details of how Royal Mail deal with loss and damage can be found here:
Any suspicion of fraudulent activity, any aggressive and/or threatening messages or actions will result in you being placed on my blocked customer list.
