I try to provide a competitive variety of postage options for you to make a choice from at checkout. I fully recognise that postage is not cheap and sadly the recent increases in Royal Mail shipping rates and ancillary costs have had to be reflected in the prices that I quote. Should you wish me to quote a shipping option which I don’t currently offer, please just ask. I have ancillary costs associated with every order which include preparing, packing, bubble-wrap, mailers, travel, etc., and these are all included in the shipping costs quoted.
UK – 1st class standard (by format) or 2nd class standard (by weight) or 1st class signed-for (by format) or 2nd class signed-for (by weight).
Europe – Airmail (by format) or Standard (Airmail by weight) or International Tracked & Signed (by weight).
World Zones 1 & 2 – Airmail (by format) or Standard (Airmail by weight) or International Tracked & Signed (by weight).

Where an item shows as "+ shipping", please contact me for a quote.
CD's can be shipped without jewel cases should a buyer require this - JUST ASK!. Postage will then be recalculated and if applicable, altered accordingly. If you require this, your invoice will be confirmed or adjusted at the time of order so please ensure you wait until you have received your “final” invoice before making payment. Please see my profile comments regarding gradings specifically with reference to CD's - I do not grade the jewel case, just the CD's and inserts although I will always endeavour to add CD jewel case info where necessary.
PLEASE NOTE – With the above shipping options, any compensation for damage in transit must be claimed directly at RoyalMail and is limited to £20 unless you select a signed-for, or tracked & signed-for option where compensation is limited to £50. With signed-for and tracked & signed-for options, additional protection for loss in the post or non-delivery must be claimed directly at RoyalMail. I personally can’t accept liability for items that I post but never get to their destination and will not be able to offer refunds for non-delivery. Buyers in countries that have a history of, or known delivery issues particularly with economy or standard postal services, are strongly advised to buy from me using signed-for or tracked & signed-for options. Choosing economy or standard postage options are done entirely at the buyers risk. I will always be able to provide proof that your order was posted. Remember if you want tracking info provided with any order, you must choose and pay for signed-for or tracked & signed-for shipping options otherwise all I can provide you with is proof of postage. Where a buyer decides to purchase high-valued items but only selects economy postal services, I reserve the right as a seller to upgrade postal services in order to protect my investment and any associated additional costs will be bourne by me. It is also important to note that I can only ship to registered PayPal addresses so please make sure your PayPal address is correct and up-to-date.

I can only consider a return & refund if I have described the item incorrectly or if there is a fault that it would be reasonable for me to have spotted. I cannot offer a refund if a Discogs community user updates a database entry incorrectly and the item concerned was originally listed and aligned with the correct version of the release.
Refunds will only be given upon my safe receipt of the returned item in the original sale condition. Refunds will not be made for non-delivery - see above - protect yourself financially by ALWAYS selecting signed-for or tracked & signed-for options. Again, to protect yourself financially against damage in transit, although more expensive, I strongly recommend you ALWAYS select signed-for or tracked & signed-for options. Any return postage costs cannot be refunded.
GDPR - I am not a business, (as explained transparently in my profile) I am an individual. I store NO customer data and only have access to information made available in relation to sales e.g. PayPal email addresses, delivery addresses, and in some cases telephone numbers. None of these are stored and are only ever used in connection with purchases / sales made and are never under any circumstances, shared with 3rd parties.
**Customs labelling on items sent will always reflect the value of the sale in GBP. Please note, any taxes incurred locally are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that orders to Australia will see specific information (as per Discogs guidelines) relating to Australian GST Tax Law included on customs forms.
