Shipping to South Africa must be sent via International Signed For.
I will always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of posting which gives up to £60 free cover in the event of loss or damage.
Orders over £50 must be sent by Recorded Delivery (£1.10 fee for UK) or by International Signed For (£5.30 fee for Europe & ROW plus £2.60 additional insurance up to £500). It is normally cheaper to send items in more than 1 packet . (I will manage this for you when I send the invoice).
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you have the option of returning them for a refund. Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. They must be in the same condition as received, including items which are sealed.
Shipping costs are only refunded if I'm at fault.
Items that have been lost or damaged, and accepted by Royal Mail as such, following the appropriate claim for compensation include the original cost of shipping. I will help by completing the relevant claim form.
