SHIPPING & GRADING POLICIES - PLEASE READ!
INTERNATIONAL (Non-US) CUSTOMERS:
If you choose USPS First Class Package International service for your order please understand that your package can only be tracked up until the point that it leaves the United States postal system. For example after we ship your package from our office it will travel to either the Jamaica, New York or Bethpage, New York USPS sorting facilities before going overseas. Once the package leaves those facilities we can no longer track it. For this reason we advise you to either choose insurance for your First Class Package (to protect against non-delivery) or choose a trackable service (Priority Mail or Express Mail International). While these services are much more expensive than First Class Package International they give you the peace of mind knowing your package can be tracked.
In over 15 years of shipping international packages we see very few that never arrive at their destination. Possible causes for non-delivery when it does occur are 1) postal strikes in your home country, 2) customs inspection or holds, 3) incorrect address provided by the buyer (in some cases it has taken 6+ months for packages to be returned to us because of this), and of course 4) the possibility of theft (very unlikely). Again. we stress that you either choose insurance or a trackable shipping service to avoid these potential problems!
PAYMENT & SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS:
We will update your order with the total shipping amount, when your payment has been received, and when the item ships, including the USPS label number or tracking number.
We visually grade all of our inventory using a bright professional photography light. From time to time a physical defect may evade our detection or a mistake might be made in our grading. Let us know immediately if you have an issue with our grading and we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns are only accepted in cases where we have sent the incorrect record. In order to be eligible for a refund we ask that returned items come back to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally shipped. For example, a sealed record must be returned sealed in order for a refund to be issued. We will pay return shipping costs if the wrong record was sent.
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.
