Sound Station is a record store with a website and an ever growing amount of platforms on which we participate. We do try to please both our customers and our families and friends... which is why we offer the best possible service we can - within quite more than normal shop opening hours in Denmark.
After receiving your order we will get back to you as soon as we can - we are not working at our internet facility between 2 pm local time Friday and Monday morning... and when that is said we often swing by just to check on orders anyway. You will also have to be a little patient with us during holidays - but our staff will always take care of your orders as soon as they possibly can.
Please note that we do not keep orders unless otherwise arranged for more than two weeks. Between a week and 10 days after you have placed an unpaid order - for which you have made no other arrangement - you will receive a short note from us, stating that we wil have to cancel your order as we will be charged Discogs’ fee for your order… even though the order was never be fulfilled.
If we cancel your order using the the ‘Non Paying Customer’ option, Discogs will automatically apply negative feedback. To avoid this please - as a courtecy - let us know if you changed your mind on your order and we will cancel it on your behalf.
Please note that shipping is always a mediation between preserving product and shipping price. We try to apply the safest possible packaging corresponding to the cheapest possible shipping rate.

The Danish postal service does not provide 'Track and Trace' numbers for standard shipments - only for registered letters or packages. We are working on establishing a track and trace service for standard shipments, which is considerable lower than registered parcels, but this is in the future.
Please note following on how we ship CD's:
Sound Station never grade jewel cases unless irreplacable. We always substitutes less than near mint Jewel cases with new ones unless you buy CD's at € 1 - 2.
We ship in soft bubble-plastic padded envelopes and CD's are always shipped out with jewel cases according to the previous describtion. Jewel cases are fragile and often prone to damage like cracks or lost hinges. We will happily ship your CD's in hard card packaging which will provide a higher level of jewel cases arriving unbroken. Please ask for alternate packaging - we will not charge extra for the packaging - only for the increase in shipping costs.

Shipping is a mediation between preserving product and shipping price.
We do always ship vinyl outside of their covers - placed in an appropriate clear polypropylene sleeve. We will happily open factory sealed in order to prevent seam splits. We will happily provide you with extra Card packaging free of charge. We will only charge the actual increase in shipping costs, if there are any.
Please note that we will always work with you if we have supplied goods which are not funcktional or if the goods have a standard less than described, if your order is lost in the post or just heavily delayed for unknown reasons. Please contact us in such cases and we will find a way to solve whatever problem you might have with your order.
