All our parcels contain promotional stickers according to the availability of the moment.
- We do not work during the weekend, that's why we do not always update your orders & situations during the weekend.
- Our shop is currently set to only authorize transactions with buyers having an equal or higher rating to 66%.
- We reserves the right to cancel unilaterally any order according to our own prerogatives before the deadline for payment or after its extension.
- We rejects buyers' offers throughout the store... The prices charged by the shop are mostly indexed on the basis of the proposals of the automatic quotation algorithm provided by DISCOGS when an item is published. We cross this index with the available competing offer and the available quantities of our inventory. We has therefore decided to refuse any request to negotiate the price of items on our DISCOGS' shop and will no longer take the time to answer to this kind of request. Therefore, any criticism of the present conditions or the price of the item of the shop could be considered as exhessives by the seller, so we will be able to cause the cancellation of the order before the deadline of payment, as to entail the banissement of the buyer.
- Any order whose payment will be credited after noon (12:00 AM) will be processed on the next day of parcel pick up. Except for cases of force majeure, Week End, Public hollidays, orders processed, and paid are shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon (15:00 PM) and a Colissimo's tracking number is systematically sent to you after the delivery labeling.
- Any order to be delivered outside the euro area is considered as an import and is therefore subject to additional customs duties and value-added taxes as applied by the country or state of destination. These taxes apply in addition to the total amount of the order paid by the buyer to the seller. Before ordering, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inquire on his own on the import conditions defined by the country or state of destination.
- For reasons of ethics and fairness between DISCOGS' users, we will not put items aside while waiting for an order. To put items aside, the best method is to validate an order and then to pay it under 4 days maximum. However, we may in individual cases authorize the extension of payment deadlines for an additional 4 days. So We decided to refuse any request to put items aside and will no longer take the time to answer to that kind of request.
- Delivery methods is exclusively via COLISSIMO with Tracking ID & signature for deliveries (This decision is not negotiable) ;
For sure It's a more expensive method of shipping, but it is also a method that reduces the risk of delivery failure or damages for both the buyer and the seller. We are a little less competitive than the average sellers because we are a company that pay operating costs. Nevertheless, we try in return to offer a better quality service. The delivery will be charged and payable by the buyer in addition to the price of the items.
- Even if we take care to pack your orders in cardboard double flute packaging size 35X35X6 cm that we tape and strengthen if necessary by wooden sleepers, we invite you to place orders of at least 2 vinyl records to reduce the risk of damage.
- The return of undelivered parcels is not free and is invoiced by our carrier. So we remind you that since the moment when we send you the tracking number of your delivery, it is your responsibility to track the delivery of your package & to implement all the means at your disposal to take possession of your package before it is returned to Us. In case of failure of the delivery out of our responsibility, the return to US will be charged to you at the same price as the first delivery with a 20% increase. In case of cancellation of order following a return of parcel to Us, the cost of the return will be charged the amount of the order to be refunded. If you wish to be delivered again, you will have to pay the return to Us + the re delivery back to YOU.
- Any receipt of the package against signature implies the acceptance without any reserves of delivery without any possible prescription.
!!! By accepting the delivery of the parcel against signature, you expressly acknowledge, without being able to claim, the correct form of the delivery (including from PAYPAL); Therefore, you acknowledge that all items delivered are consistent with your order and they have been delivered in a similar condition to their description during the purchase ; Therefore, you waive any potential customer complaint !!!
- We can not be held responsible for any delay or failure of delivery resulting from disturbances beyond our control such as: Snowfall, volcanic eruption, bad weather, fires, floods, social movements, earthquakes ...
- In case of delay or failure of delivery, the order will be refunded only under certain conditions:
1) - A waiting period of 14 days from the date of shipment must be observed before the buyer can make a complaint to the seller.
2) - The buyer must make a written claim after the waiting period 14 days following the parcel tracking number.
3) - The seller will open an inquiry with the carrier at receipt of the buyer's claim.
4) - The buyer and the seller will have to wait for the conclusion of the investigation which can last up to several weeks. At the end of the conclusion of the investigation, the seller will make proposals in consultation with the buyer.
5) - Any partial or full refund of the buyer can only take place after the conclusions of the investigation of the carrier and the proposals of the seller.
- In case of difficulties with an order or delivery, thank you to favor an amicable, respectful and reasonable solution.
- Any claim will be systematically invalid and rejected if it exceeds the 14 day period following the shipping and transmission of the order tracking number of the buyer.
