A little note: Classic Trax Limited is a PROFESSIONAL RETAILER in the music business for 20 years - A No Nonsense - Real UK Business. Our speciality is Drum & Bass / Jungle.
EU Friends - make the most of doing tariff free trade with the UK this year. Who knows what's happening in 2019? No customs stickers, and no surcharges at the moment. Buy the records you want right now! Don't wait to find they cost 20% more next year.
The vast majority of our items have a small thermal label in the top left corner of each sleeve, with a unique location ID number for filing. It's the only logical way to find and retrieve items from within a huge and constantly changing catalogue.
[For Order values that come to a total of under £10 excluding the post]. £5.00 for first record in the UK. £0.50 for each additional record, up to 10 records in a pack.

(Signed for delivery costs an additional £1.50 per pack and provides compensation in the event of damage or loss). If you order more than 10 records we insist on tracked delivery. Ordering more than 10 records means the order is split between mailers. Each pack will attract a tracked premium due to volume and value.
European Union, £9.00 for first record, then £2.00 per extra record, up to 10 records in a pack. (Tracked delivery costs an additional £6.50 per pack and provides compensation in the event of damage or loss). Please take note: Tracked/Signed delivery is COMPULSORY for South America, Africa, Asia & Russia. Postal services in these parts of the world are just too unreliable without it. We don't do business with Brazil anymore, thanks to continuous claims for non-delivery - that's fine, we refuse your business from now on.
[Please note, the POSTAGE PRICE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE regardless of the quantity you order] These are our prices which cover our operating costs. If you do not pay the additional premium for signed/tracked delivery, we cannot entertain any refunds for loss or damage whilst in transit. The prices and terms are crystal clear, and if don't agree with anything written here, you can always shop elsewhere.
(Don't forget, double packs count as 2 records, Triple packs count as 3 records, and so on...)

This year we celebrate 20 years in business, which is remarkable. We must have done something right to last this long!
Our vinyl stocks turnover quickly because the majority of our prices are lower than other sellers. It's best to buy immediately when you see something you want, because it's often the case, it will be sold by the time you come back to look for it again.
We ship by Royal Mail to all destinations every other working day of the week. Sometimes there can be a little lag from order 'till dispatch, never greater than 72 hours, but more often than not the order will go out quicker. (It depends on the exact timing of when you order is made versus our picking and dispatch cycles).
We do not offer a same day dispatch service, and we do not offer any priority service because you have an impending DJ appearance or need a birthday gift at short notice. If you plan in advance, these rush services are not necessary.
No.1 Rule of mail order - Get your own address details correct on Discogs! We are not responsible for your typing mistakes.
No.2 Rule, please pay for your orders immediately at the checkout if postage is calculated, or promptly after you receive our invoice. Failure to pay quickly simply results in your order being cancelled, and you'll get yourself blocked. If you don't want to pay promptly, don't order. Simple!
Classic Trax Ltd has been trading online since 1998, and we've shipped more than 100,000 units worldwide. We're credible, trustworthy and have tried and tested business practices which we apply to each and every order for consistently positive buyer experiences. If there is an issue with your order, and an item needs to be returned, it must be done within 7 days of receipt.
Any item that is returned, that is deemed to not be faulty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and postage shall not be credited back.
This platform is unfortunately flooded with "part time" "here today, gone tomorrow" "numpty sellers" who have little or no experience in mail order retailing. Pay close attention to their feedback and steer clear of the ones with low ratings / negative feedback. Test them out - send them an email before buying to see how many days they take to get back to you. Then test us, see how long Classic Trax Ltd takes to respond to a query.
With Classic Trax Limited you’ll get what you pay for. Guaranteed. We respond promptly in office hours.
If you are interested in selling your entire dance vinyl collection, then head over to http://www.classictrax.co.uk to check our wanted genres, labels and artists. We mainly purchase from people that live in London, Surrey or around the M25 region, and down towards the Brighton south coast / Sussex area.
