PLEASE NOTE ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES THAT ITEMS ARE DEFINED BY THEIR NUMBER OF DISCS – THEREFORE A DOUBLE ALBUM PLUS A 12” single WOULD COUNT AS 3. LIKEWISE 2 X DOUBLE ALBUMS WOULD COUNT AS 4. - PLEASE ASK IF UNSURE.

NB – UK BUYERS – if you're buying a few items and postage is building up – don't worry – I can package all up in one box and send it via 48hr courier for around a tenner! Therefore that's around the max you will pay for any one order. I'm also happy to hold on to stuff for you to build a box before sending. Just get in touch for a chat.

All items are shipped out in strong/padded packaging and marked with “FRAGILE” labels. Check my feedback.

I aim to ship as quickly as possible, but this is part-time for me, selling off huge collection and old shop stock. I only post out once or twice a week so please bear with me. ;0) (UK orders will normally arrive with you within a week or less - Overseas 5-10 days on average) Again, please see my feedback.

Please note guys that I don't grade plastic jewel cases, j-cases, cassette cases, etc.... grading is for disc and artwork/booklet/inserts only. All cases will be intact and in serviceable condition and I will replace with better if available. Any non-standard or release-specific/stickered cases will be sent 'as is' even if below par, in order to keep the item as original as possible.

THE BORING STUFF

1.INSURANCE/COMPENSATION/CLAIMS
Standard compensation is included with all Royal Mail services. The untracked/unsigned for services carry standard compensation up to £20.00 and the tracked/signed for options carry standard compensation up to £50.00. Additional insurance can be taken out at extra cost on international orders (typically £3.00 for max £250.00 of compensation). Please note we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray or get damaged in the postal system. The best we can do is offer insured delivery. If you take up this option and the item goes astray or is damaged, we cannot give any refunds out, but will of course help with any documentation necessary for you to complete your claim from Royal Mail. I always retain proof of postage for all items shipped.
Please bear in mind that the Insurance is taken out with Royal Mail, not us.

In my experience, in 99.9% of shipments, all goes well, but its best to be prepared and informed!

2.RETURNS
If you think an item has been graded incorrectly or if you have any other issues - please contact me first before leaving negative feedback. Fully compliant with 'Distance-selling' regulations, returns are accepted for good reason within 14 days. Full purchase-price refunds for items returned will be made via PayPal within 5 days of receipt. Return postage costs to be borne by the buyer and must be by relevant insured signed for service.

3.INTERNATIONAL
The customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties levied by customs in the destination country. Please advise if you require any specific packaging or labelling other than the usual CN22 customs declaration label.

4.DECLARATION
By making a purchase you are declaring that you have read these notes as requested and agree to be bound by the conditions herein.
