1. PAYMENT AND FEES
We accept only payments which are transferred to our bankaccount
Please make sure that we receive the complete amount.
Make your payment within 7 after days after you have received the invoice.
Automatic "Non-Paying Buyer" Cancellation is activated!
Should there be a problem, please contact us.
Transferring from within the EU a payment to our bankaccount should be free of costs for private persons who are doing so through internet banking, as EU regulations demand.
Standard sending by PostNL - Priority Mail.
Rates at your request.
Exact amount for packing and postage will be send to you, after you have made your order.
The items you are buying, become your property once you have payed and we have transferred it in the hands of PostNL. Shipping is at your risk. Therefore: choose deliberate how you want to have send the items to you.
If a shipment gets lost, we will only refund you if we get a refund from PostNL. This is only the case if the shipment was sent registered and after the lost shipment was investigated by PostNL. To some countries this investigation can take up to 4 months.
If you want your order shipped by an other company which operates from the Netherlands (DPD, FedEx or UPS), We can at your request ask for their prices, but they will not be cheaper.
All shipments will be send the next business day, after receiving the complete payment!
If possible, you can have the CD(’s) you are ordering send without their jewelcase! Please let us know if you want this.
CD's will be packed in a plastic coated air-bubble envelope (1 / 2 items).
LP's / 12" will be packed in airbubble plastic in an Ondulop # 8 envelope (1 / 2 items).
All records we offering are new and unplayed.
Gradings are according Discogs grading
Feedback will be given, after you have confirmed us that you have received the records you have ordered.
6. GENERAL INFO
If you do not want to buy the item you have ordered, please let us know, so we can cancel it for you.
In general we will answer all orders and/or questions the next business day (Monday / Friday).
Motok is closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
