PostNL is used for shipping packages. Only for Belgium I use DHL.

By default, items are sent without tracking and without insurance. Usually this works very well, however there's always a small chance your record gets lost, damaged or even broken during transportation.

Please let me know if you want to use registered shipping (with tracking).

Orders above 50,- will only be send with registered shipping (with tracking).

Since 1/1/2020 new rules apply for shipping goods which fit through a mailbox (a 7" record for example). Goods now always have to be send as a package, therefore the shipping of 1 7" record has become far more expensive.

We try to prevent damage. Here's how:

- Cardboard is used to fill up the package. 7" records will be send in special packages.
- We always put tape with the word 'fragile' on packages.
- Record and sleeve will be separated, to prevent seam split.

Please mind that a double LP counts as 2 items.
