If a record is broken in the post or damaged and you are using Standard Post then the postal service will not compensate you. It is always best and I strongly advise buyers to use a Signed for / Tracked and insured service.

Please note If I list a Sleeve as GENERIC - This usually means a plain sleeve and if I list a sleeve as VG then this is usually the sleeve it came in (art work) so I like to leave it in this sleeve but please ask if you want me to swap for a GENERIC Sleeve?
