We use Royal Mail's Small Packet Rate for parcels under 2Kg (approx 7-9 standard weight 12"s / LPs). If the package is over 2Kg we use International Datapost, and a surcharge of approximately £14 is applied, with further small increases based on the final package weight.

Our Returns Policy
To return an unwanted order you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day that you received the goods from us,stating your order number and cancellation instructions. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive notice of cancellation in writing from you and subject to the goods being correctly returned as detailed below. In addition to your statutory rights we allow the return of any goods within 7 working days of you receiving your order for exchange or a credit note.
Damaged , defective or incorrectly described Goods
Notification of receipt of damaged or defective goods must be received within seven days of the date of delivery. Goods can then be returned for replacement or refund. Goods found not to be defective will be returned and the extra carriage costs will be charged to you.
