• Orders shipped via standard airmail will be shipped at your own risk
International 'Signed For' Delivery for any order will be an extra £5.25 and is recommended for shipping long distance as Standard Airmail has no tracking or insurance cover. We can only claim on your behalf for compensation on any lost or damaged items via Standard Airmail and this has no guarantee of being successful.

I ship all orders to the address on your Discogs order; if you require a change you must make sure you have confirmation from us that we have it
All orders are shipped and packed with LOVE - they are securely packed and checked before shipping
Orders unpaid for 4 days or longer will be sent a reminder and cancelled after 5 days non-payment
If your parcel is delayed...
CHECK with your local delivery office, almost all delivery delays/problems are due to “while you were out” card not being left, or something similar
Please remember it is only trackable if you paid for a signed-for service of some sort
Royal Mail does not consider items lost domestically until 15 days or internationally 30 days, so whilst I am happy to help and advise, I can’t do ANYTHING until those dates have passed
If the item is signed for (recorded or special delivery or international signed for) it is fully guaranteed and the full price of your item can be reimbursed.
If your item is shipped at standard air or unrecorded and doesn't arrive after the allotted time period we can attempt to put a claim in and recover costs, but as per your invoice and terms and conditions these items are shipped at YOUR own risk
