For any orders or enquiries, you should expect a prompt reply. Communication from yourself is expected within 4 days of you placing an order and payment within the same time period. If you have any queries, questions or complaints regarding an order, please mail me first and I will be prompt and helpful in order to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you. I'm also happy to chat and talk music as if we are stood over a counter....
Positive feedback is appreciated and reciprocated as I will get your order to you ASAP and as advertised (so I love feedback recognising this).
I ALWAYS wait until the customer gives their feedback before giving mine.
