The record looks about VG because it used to be stored sleeveless inside the cover (some very superficial visible paper scuffs), but plays perfect VG++ to M-!! The sleeve grades about VG++ with the seams still perfectly intact. The back cover is pretty clean! Sleeve is in beautiful condition, and the record plays fantastically well on my Hi-Fi!!
