Stunning copy! I have to assume this as close to deadstock as you will find. Vinyl looks unplayed, and is shiny with no wear. Insert is dead mint, folded in half with sharp corners. Cover is pristine except for four non-visible tack holes in corner where it was hung on a wall. I think they hung it up and never played it. Amazing copy!

Sleeve is probably VG+ except it has the original price sticker on it ($1.99!), which I actually think is kinda cool. (Especially since the tag is orange!) There was no insert in this one.
