Main issue is spindle hole has one side that has broken away, leaving a fair-sized piece missing. Good thing is that enough of the spindle remains to keep the record spinning true using small pieces of tape on both labels. "It Hurts Me So" side is nice VG, but "Check Yourself" side has a lot of marks & scratches.
