The records are NEAR MINT as they have only been played once or twice at most. The labels are NEAR MINT too. The jacket is also NEAR MINT as it has been kept in a clear, plastic, protective sleeve since it was purchased. The jacket was downgraded from NEAR MINT, to VERY GOOD + as an area on front, middle, 4 mm round, ink loss showing white. The record belonged to a wealthy old, collector who looked after her records with extreme care & rarely played them.
