Paypal Terms:
We will always ship to the shipping details that were attached to the payment transaction of your creditcard/Paypal account. No exceptions will be made because we only ship out parcels that have Paypal protection during shipping for both buyer and seller. Paypal facilitates all payment methods so use the copy paste Discogs address option at all times.

Return Policy:
In case a buyer for whatever reason doesn't want to keep an item our policy is to never do a partial refund but to always take the item back for a full refund. The buyer sends the item back to our store. Only return shipments with track & trace are accepted. The returned goods will be refunded upon their arrival back to us. Return shipping costs are for the buyer.

Customs Terms:
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes or fees for which we are not responsible. If such fees are charged by the destination country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them in full to receive the parcel. We will never lower values for customs declarations or declare shipments as a gift to avoid fees as this is fraud. As proof of the true value the Discogs commercial receipt will always be included in the customs documents as well.

Missing/Lost Parcels Policy:
All parcels are shipped out with full track & trace and insurance. Despite this it very occasionally (about 1.5 times per year or 1500 parcels on average) happens that a parcel goes missing or gets lost. We always refund the full amount of the order plus the original shipping price. Please note that the refund will always be issued after the official missing parcel investigation is completed. The reason is that it could occur that the parcel gets redirected while the investigation is still pending. During the waiting time of the investigation which of course is very annoying for the buyer we always keep the buyer updated in almost realtime. Please always keep in mind that both buyer and seller are on the same team here since a third party made a mistake, not you or us! Everything will be ok!

Additional Terms:
*We do not support PO box / Pack stations / Parcel lockers / Forwarding Companies shipments.
*Orders where the buyer doesn't communicate at all or where he/she didn't pay for the order according our accepted seller terms within 4 x 24 hours will be canceled as NPB (non-paying-buyer). The buyer is added to the blocked buyers list which is reviewed once every month.
*All overseas territories from European countries are ‘Rest of World’ shipping rate.
