SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Buyer Rating:
A minimum buyer rating of 85% is required to place orders. Exceptions may be made for buyers with a limited purchase history, such as those new to the platform. Feel free to reach out if you fall into this category. Due to PayPal's limited seller protections, we do not sell high-value items to buyers with little or no feedback. If such a purchase is made without prior discussion, the order will be promptly refunded.

Offers:
No offers will be considered on items priced at $5 or below. Informal offers (where the 'Make Offer' button is not used) are not part of our regular process and may not receive a timely response, or any response at all.

Low Grade Items:
Records marked as G+ or G (the lowest grades offered for sale) are not eligible for returns.

Before Buying:
Please ask any questions or raise concerns regarding record descriptions before placing an order. We are happy to assist to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.

PayPal Address:
All shipments will be made to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please verify that your PayPal address matches your shipping address. In cases of discrepancies between Discogs and PayPal addresses, the item will be shipped to the verified PayPal address.

INSURANCE & DECLARATION:

Insurance is required on orders over $200 and is approximately 5% of the order’s value. Customers placing such orders will be contacted to cover this additional charge. Note that this may require a separate manual payment.

Seller reserves the right to require insurance on international orders below $200 under certain conditions.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees. Seller retains discretion to declare appropriate customs value, especially for insured orders.

SCHEDULE:

Orders will generally ship out the next 1-2 business days once payment completed, granted that we count 8 pm CST (UTC -5) as falling into the next business day and do not count U.S. federal or post office holidays.

Order status will change to "Payment Received" when shipment has been initiated. If the order remains as "Payment Pending" for more than a day, it is likely that payment has been processed and shipment is awaiting initiation.

Once a tracking number is provided, expect the item to be picked up by our postal carrier within the next day. Tracking that shows "Delivered" indicates the seller has fulfilled their obligation, and any issues after delivery must be addressed with the buyer’s local postal service.

International shipping may take between 1-4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience, as customs delays are beyond our control.

GRADING:

All items are visually inspected under light. Items of lower value may not be play-graded unless otherwise noted in the comments.

Minor imperfections such as pen marks or light pencil markings on jackets or center labels may be expected on records or sleeves graded VG or lower. Please request pictures or raise concerns about aesthetic conditions prior to purchase, as refunds will not be provided post-sale if such concerns were not addressed beforehand.

We strictly follow and often exceed Goldmine Standards. Grading expertise may defer to established brick-and-mortar record shops when needed.

If you have any questions about the condition, please inquire before purchasing. In some cases, audio clips may be available.

No post-sale haggling or partial refunds will be offered.

PACKAGING:

All records are packed carefully in custom sturdy cardboard mailers with cardboard inserts to ensure safe delivery.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted with valid reasons such as "item not as described" or significant damage, excluding records graded G+ or lower.

Return shipping is always at the buyer’s expense and non-refundable. This is in line with PayPal’s policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Buyers must provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation for returned items.
