Thanks for your order or potential interest in ordering from the kind and humble Morbus Gravis - Music Space.

Please read and understand my clear and simple terms to which you agree upon buying:

1. Jewelcases are NOT graded. If they are battered I will replace them though. And yes, they can crack during transport. Please chill out! It's just a jewelcase. Not an Iphone screen.
2. Listed postage fees do NOT automatically include tracking. Contact me in advance if you really need tracking so I can send you a quote.
3. I ship once a week, mostly on mondays but please understand that it can take up to 1 week to handle your order. I will keep you well informed on the status of your order.
4. Offers can be made by clicking "make offer" (if available) or by e-mailing me ([email protected]). Orders placed via discogs cannot be bargained afterwards. Please get in touch BEFORE placing your order.
5. Locals can pick up their order in Antwerp. No need to use paypal. You can pay on the spot (cash, bankwire or payconiq).
6. CD's up to and in cluding a value of 7€ (excluding postage fees) will ship without jewelcase (well-protected though). This is because I often pay more than what I charge you for shipping. Believe it or not.
7. I grade as conservatively/fair as possible. Since I run a physical shop it is possible however that a listed item has slightly changed over time. In that case I will inform you before shipping (eg. Initially listed as unplayed but played once or twice in the meanwhile). Most 2nd hand CD's are graded VG+ even if they look NM.
8. Please remember: You are buying a piece of music-for-fun not a life-saving kidney. Lighten up in case of minor issues such as a cracked (easily replaceable) jewelcase, a slightly delayed delivery or a tiny, harmless mark which you hunted up under your "special" complaint light! I'm not here to rip you off and I expect my customers to be mature and tolerant people too. Let's be a little tolerant. It's more fun for all of us.
9. I don't do partial refunds. Unfortunately, I know all the classic/evil scams/tricks from the handbook. You can return the item for a full refund. You pay for postage. Again, I'm not here to rip you off. I can pack a record very well protected and if you're unlucky it can still arrive with a bumped corner. It's part of the online buying game. It's not my fault you were unlucky and my feedback shows I'm doing my utter best to satisfy my customers.
10. I don't know how long your parcel will be on its way. I'm not psychic. Feel free to pay for tracking but mind you: a parcel to USA with standard airmail (and proof of shipping) costs 18 euro up to 2 kg. With tracking it's 50 euro. Do the math.
11. Listed postage fee is mostly correct but in some cases it is NOT (eg. due to nature of packaging of the goods). I will let you know then and you can cancel if you don't like the adjusted transportation cost. Belgian post is a pain and not cheap. If you want cheap and you are in Europe you can ask for mondial relais. I have never used them sofar though.
12. Feel free to get in touch if something is unclear, illogical or confusing. But please do it before buying.
13. I don't trade nor make audio clips. If it's a very rare and expensive record I can make an exception but again, ask for it before buying.
14. I am very patient if you need some time for payment. I understand that life is expensive and music is less important than rent or food. Just get in touch and we will arrange something. Same goes for expensive stuff. If you wish to buy it and pay in 2 or 3 parts that is possible.
