RECENT UPDATES

Important Update for the Week Beginning Monday, January 13
Unforeseen circumstances have altered the normal operation of our online storefront. Shipments will go out every day except for Wednesday and Friday, and response times for questions and messages will be delayed.

ON SHIPPING DELAYS, the United States Postal Service has been experiencing pretty severe shipment delays since late 2020. This has affected domestic shipments at times, but it appears to have pretty large effects on our overseas shipments to Europe and beyond. We are seeing packages sit in customs facilities at outbound airports in Chicago and New York for months before they arrive to an international carrier. This means that the total trip for your package may be up to 90 days or more from the date we ship to arrive at its final destination. Please keep this in mind when placing orders if you are not in the United States. We appreciate your patience while you wait for your music to complete its journey.

Currently, we ship on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS.
After you place payment, we will confirm within 2 to 3 days and provide you a tracking number when the parcel ships.

We ship USPS Media Mail for domestic shipments; First Class International for overseas shipments.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays so please allow a few extra days for shipping in those instances. Thanks for your patience!

+ APPROXIMATE shipping rates can be found below. Discogs mandates shipping policies which don't always account for changes in weight or items to accurately reflect shipping rates. We will notify you of any changes to shipping, if necessary.
+ For our CANADIAN friends, as you know, shipping varies depending on provinces. Your shipping may adjust from what is automatically calculated (lower or higher). Please keep this in mind before you submit payment.
+ For box sets or purchases of multiple formats (vinyl, 7”, CD, etc.), inquire for shipping rates.
+ Parcels over 4lbs. are subject to higher shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL NOTES:
+++ International rates listed are approximate! Once you've placed an order, we will weigh your parcel and invoice you for an actual shipping rate.
+ Recipient is responsible for any and all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at border prior to delivery.
+ Shipments may occasionally hang up in customs, which may result in shipping delays from a week to several months at a time. Please allow for that possibility when purchasing.

A NOTE ABOUT SEALED ITEMS:
+ Sealed items are presumed to be mint unless circumstances lead us to believe otherwise. Factory defects or issues with items inside the seal are not the seller's responsibility. Once an item as been unsealed it can no longer be considered mint and refunds will be negotiated based on the value of the item in its current condition.
+ We make every effort to correctly identify sealed pressings by cover variations, catalog number, and other indications. Sometimes, it's not possible to 100% verify versions with label variations because the item is sealed. Let us know if this is a concern for you and we will work to establish the correct version.

CANCELLATION TERMS:
+ Failure to submit payment within 10 days of placing your order will result in cancellation and negative feedback.
+ You are free to cancel any order and receive a refund up until you are sent a tracking number. At that point, you will have to send the record back to receive a refund.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
+ No returns or refunds are allowed on any item after 30 days from the ship date.
+ Vinyl marked VG and lower are sold at discounted rates due to scratches or warps present on the disc (noted in the description of each item). Because of this, we do not allow refunds. We may consider a refund in these instances, but if it is not a special case, we may not allow buyers to make future purchases.

INSURANCE:
+ It is your responsibility to request insurance.
+ We can not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products if you DON’T purchase insurance.
