Any item Returned as Not Delivered for any reason due to buyer error will have the return shipping charges by the US Postal Service deducted from any refund given.
The US Postal Service is now billing the shipper any return fee's associated with packages that are returned undelivered for whatever reason, those fee's are either collected by the shipping software registered to the shipper (AKA seller) by default OR they are collecting it in person when the package is returned to it's original destination if you don't have a shipping account.
These charges will be passed onto the buyer should any refund be issued, if the customer still wants the item they will need to pay the fee's that were charged for the return as well as the cost to ship it back out.!

ATTENTION LOCAL PICK-UP CUSTOMERS: AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER DO NOT PAY THE INVOICE UNTIL WE HAVE ADJUSTED IT TO REMOVE THE SHIPPING CHARGES IF YOU PLAN ON PICKING UP AT OUR RETAIL STORE.
We will edit the invoice and remove the shipping cost and send you a new invoice for you to make your payment.
Of course if you live locally and still wish to have your order shipped go ahead and pay the original invoice like you normally would.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your order AFTER you have submitted payment it will not be refunded in full, the fee's of 2.9%+ 30¢ for taking payment are no longer refundable from PayPal therefore they will be deducted from any refund sent. We will not incur costs due to buyer errors and remorse/change of mind/mistakes etc etc.

Orders are shipped to the address shown here on Discogs.

If you need to change the shipping address send us a message after you have completed checkout.
Send the message through Discogs messaging on the order page, DO NOT send it via email or as a separate Discogs message as we may not see it before your item ships.

Once the order has been shipped we cannot change the address.

If your package is returned because you did not submit the correct address through Discogs any refund sent will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a deduction of the full shipping costs and PayPal payment processing fees.
If your package is returned and you still wish to receive it you will need to make the proper arrangements to pay the additional shipping costs.

•Orders are shipped usually within 2-3 business days. shipping days are Mon - Thurs.

•After 4 days, unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled with negative feedback, please pay promptly.

GRADING: Most records are graded visually to match Discogs grading standards, we do not play test most records unless requested too.
Anything priced under $25 is visual graded only.

•Sealed items: We have no way of knowing any more than the buyer if there may be an issue inside a sealed record. We buy and sell them for what they are, a sealed record. Sealed records can only be returned if it remains sealed. Once opened, it is no longer in the condition we sent it.

RETURNS POLICY:
If your using a little suitcase style record player, Crosley or any other turntable that is not a proper turntable with adjustable tracking force we don't accept returns at all for anything that is not a modern 140 - 180 gram pressing, older records were not made for those kinds of tables.

•In the odd case of a return, all items must be in the exact condition they were sent. We do not offer partial refunds, but we back our merchandise 100%. Full refunds are given for the purchase price once the item(s) are returned to us, and are inspected for condition. Original shipping is non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU HAVE AGREED TO OUR POLICY ON RETURNS!

Items returned must be post marked within 7 days of delivery, so no.. you can't use it for a gig and return it later because you don't need it for anything else, we aren't a rental company.
WE DON'T GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, IF IT'S GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP "FOR A FEW DOLLARS LESS" IT'S GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP PERIOD.

Shipping charges are as follows:

US ORDERS:
$6.95 unlimited domestic Media Mail shipping. All orders will receive a tracking # the same day it ships out. Orders over $50 may require signature confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL:

These terms are for first class International Economy. Any orders weighing more than 4 pounds can no longer be sent first class, it has to go priority. Contact us for shipping calculations for priority.

International shipments can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks on average and 6-12 weeks in areas backed up from Pandemic restrictions and processing/customs delays. It's your job to research delays for your country and know what time frames to expect for delivery.

Double albums count as two, Triple albums count as 3 etc etc. How ever many discs there are is how many you will be billed for in shipping, if it's a Box Set with extras they will be added in as multiple items, Books, Booklets, Posters, the Box etc etc.. each one counts as one item.

*First 12" or 10" is $22, add $5 for each additional.

ATTENTION SOUTH AMERICA: Once again we have banned your country from making regular purchases due to your countries extremely poor Postal Service. If you are in South America and wish to make a purchase you will need to contact us first so that a non-refundable payment can be arranged. We DO NOT accept any risk for packages that ship to your country, to make a purchase YOU will need to buy at your own risk. We will guarantee it up until the time it leaves the USA, once it leaves the USA it is out of our hands and we can do nothing to help you with the order (unless it arrives damaged, high quality photo's of the damage will be required both prior to opening the shipping mailer and after). If you want any other guarantee you will need to request insurance for the full value of the item + cost of shipping, the full amount will also be put on your importation customs form as that is required for USPS insurance to be put on the package. If your package gets lost or has not been delivered after 4 months we will file a claim for you with the USPS to try and get your funds back. None of this is negotiable for you to purchase from us.

Buyer assumes all risks of international shipping. We will package your record(s) with great care and maximum protection. Once we ship the package, we no longer assume any responsibilities on international orders. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not place an order. We ship USPS First Class International Economy, which provides a customs # (tracking until it leaves the states) up to 4 pounds. Any orders over 4 pounds can only be shipped priority mail. International rates are very high in the U.S., please review your cost before completing your order.
