PAYMENT: Payment is due within 4 days from purchase. Buyer pays shipping and handling costs.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase date for full refund of purchase price upon our receipt of goods.
If you do return an item PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITH THE RETURN to help speed up the process.
Sorry, but we cannot reimburse return shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel an order PRIOR TO PAYMENT.
Cancellation of an order after payment will incur a 4% Paypal fee deducted from refund.

US BUYERS:
All US shipments are priced at USPS media mail rate.
If you would prefer your package to ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground or UPS Priority,
please alert us prior to payment and we will adjust postage amount accordingly.
All orders will be shipped to the Paypal shipping address unless instructed otherwise.
If you want an order to ship to an address other than the Paypal address, you must include a message or note in your order with specifics.

US SHIPPING COSTS:
1-2 LPs = $6.80 via media mail. Double album sets count as two LPs.
3-4 LPs = $8.00 via media mail.
5-6 LPs = $9.00 via media mail.
7 or more LPs = $10 via media mail.
1 CD, Cassette or 7" within the US = $6.80 via media mail.
These rates include tracking but do not include insurance or require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
USPS International rates increased in 2024.
Shipping costs for USPS First-Class Package International service are automatically calculated by weight when order is placed.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS, OR ITEMS THAT ARE HEAVY, PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM SHIPPING COST PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

All items over 4 pounds must ship USPS International Priority.
