Hello and welcome to my store. Before making a purchase please familiarize yourself with my sellers terms.

ORDERING RULES (MUST READ FOR ALL BUYERS):
1) PLEASE have your proper shipping address on Discogs before ordering. This is VERY important. If I'm shipping 30 to 40 orders per week and one order has the proper address in the comments instead of the Buyer's Profile, then it's going to get lost in the tedious, repetitive labeling process.
2) ALL orders will include the correct customs valuation. Please tell me beforehand if you need a specific amount declared, otherwise, the parcel will be declared 'as is'.
This is from the Discogs Sales and Transaction Policy:
"Sellers are responsible for including correct shipping information on all packages, including clear and correct address and customs declarations (where required). Sellers are responsible for fines or penalties related to incorrect customs declarations."
As such, I will provide NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for items that the buyers refuse on customs charges.
3) DO NOT ask me to redirect orders via email or PM. Fee Avoidance is a policy Discogs takes very seriously, and I can get banned for it.
4) PLEASE communicate with me before leaving negative feedback.
5) YOU know, deep in your heart what a fair price to pay for any item is. Offers are encouraged, but please submit what you *know* is a fair price.

Grading Information:

Items are graded visually.

All items with exception of 78s are graded following the goldmine grading standard ( https://support.discogs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001566193 ).

78s are graded following the VJM grading standard ( http://www.vjm.biz/grading.html )

It is expected new buyers familiarize themselves with these standards before making a purchase.

CD cover grading refers to the condition of the booklet and inlay. I don't include jewel case condition in my gradings (as per discogs standards). If the jewel case unique (a different colour, printing, etc.) I will note any damage in the item comments.

Information for Canadian Orders:

CDs, 45s, and Cassettes are all sent out by Canada Post Lettermail. This includes no tracking or coverage. If you need tracking / coverage on any of these items please let me know.

Canada Post is very expensive for shipping single records but the cost drastically decreases on larger orders. I can ship a virtually unlimited amount of records for US$20.

Information for American and International Orders:

I get tracking numbers sent to me unmarked in bulk by the postal service I ship with. Please let me know BEFORE the item is shipped if you'd like your tracking #. It can become nearly impossible to find your tracking number after it has been shipped if I don’t write it down ahead of time.

Estimated Delivery times and insurance:

USA: Tracked, No Insurance -- takes 5-20 business days after shipment**
Canada (Lettermail): No Tracking, No Insurance -- takes 10-15 business days after shipment**
Canada (Regular Parcel): Tracked & Insured for $100 -- takes 5-10 business days after shipment**
International: Tracked, No Insurance (Depending on region) -- takes 7-30 business days after shipment**

Ask me about expedited shipping and combined shipping for large orders. Insurance can be added to most orders for approx $3-$5.

Packing Information:

Single CDs and cassettes are shipped in bubble mailers.
LPs are shipped in standard 12.5x12.5x1 cardboard mailers with the record removed from the sleeve.
78s are shipped via the claxtonola method (http://www.claxtonola.com/shipping78s/).
If you are worried about the postal service breaking your purchase let me know, I can pack it better at the expense of extra materials and postage fees.
I can also ship without jewelcases (or really however you like) though you do wave your rights to a refund if the item comes damaged or broken.

Information on Returns and Refunds

RETURNS are accepted for incorrectly graded items at my forfeiture of shipping costs. Returned items that were CORRECTLY graded will be accepted at the buyer's forfeiture of shipping costs.

REFUNDS are NOT issued for items damaged in post if you do not specify that you need insurance. See "Estimated Delivery times and insurance" for default shipping methods and they're insurance polices.

REFUNDS are issued IN FULL for misgrades* by more than a single order of magnitude (ie calling a VG+ a G+).

REFUNDS are issued IN PART for the following cases: 1) Lost items. In this case, the item cost is refunded, the shipping is not. 2) Misgrades* by one single order of magnitude (ie calling a VG+ a VG), in this case a % of both shipping and item cost is refunded.

*please see my section on grading standards. Refunds will not be provided if an item, for example, doesn’t meet YOUR definition of “Good” vs the goldmine definition of “Good”.

PLEASE communicate with me if there is a problem with your item. With proof of damage or misgrades (pictures or videos), I'll always issue a refund within 24 hours. I am not a scammer, and I will always rectify mistakes when they happen.
