I ship out every morning, Monday through Friday. If your payment is cleared before I leave in the morning it will go out. All items are packed well in mailers made for the items sent. I provide tracking information for all orders.

The flat shipping rate is for items paid on the same invoice. I can combine multiple orders together before payment is made. However, if paid separately, I can still combine the orders but there will be a $2 shipping charge for each additional invoice.

All single CD orders now ship ground advantage. Media mail is used for almost all LP orders and most multiple CD orders. All ground packages also include insurance but media mail does not. If you would prefer me to ship priority or add insurance please send a message after placing the order, but before paying, to request a revised shipping quote.

I expect payment within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not made within 7 days, the sale will be canceled and negative feedback is automatically left. Please do not buy if not prepared to pay.

YOU MUST be sure "ship to" address is correct. I can NOT EDIT shipping labels.
Whatever address is submitted at checkout is the ONLY address I can ship to.
When you checkout, the paypal invoice will automatically add your discogs address as your shipping address. If you want it shipped elsewhere, please change it there BEFORE COMPLETING PAYMENT. If you change that to a different address you are telling me, paypal and discogs that the address you changed it to is the address you want it shipped to and it is where it will be shipped. It doesn't matter what address is stored in paypal or discogs, only what is submitted at payment. If you need any additional help I can assist you, just ask.

Also, attention all drop shippers. I do not mind sending my items to your customers, but you must put their information in correctly. You must also not include any kind of delivery instructions. I have no way to add them to the label. Any instructions have to fit onto the second address line and must be submitted with the address. I have no way to add delivery notes to a package.

I generally grade all items, visually only, but do so conservatively. I want you to be happy with your purchase not feeling ripped off. Regarding inserts and other additional items, like original inners, I try to add them to my listing if they are included but often miss something. If it is not mentioned, assume it is not included. Please ask me any questions you may have if those details are missing from the listing. Cassettes and CDs are shipped in jewel cases and will more than likely have wear, but shouldn't have any major cracks or broken hinges, unless noted.

Returns will only be accepted with prior approval, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or vastly different than described. A minor flaw does not warrant a return shipping refund. Also, refund can not be made until the item is received in condition it was sent. This means if a sealed item has been opened, it is not able to be returned.

Most states require sales tax to be collected by Discogs.
