All of the stuff we sell is brand new from the label / distributor (please note that some records come sealed, and some come without seals from the distributor, but all records are completely mint and unused).

Orders usually take around 3-5 days to be dispatched (they may go out next day, it just depends on when we can get to the lock up / post office). Please note, we operate normal business hours so it may take longer to respond to messages on the weekends.

We have a large inventory, so sometimes records are misplaced / out of stock. If this happens We'll do our best to cancel and refund the order ASAP. Apologies in advance if this happens.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have an issue with an order, please get in touch with me BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK. I will always try and fix the issues in a timely manner.

These prices apply to a maximum of 2kg (about 7 LPs). Above that I ship by courier, which is priced on request by country

Postage delays/ loss:

In order to declare an item lost, we must wait a certain length of time after the shipping date.

For UK orders, parcels are considered lost 12 working days after shipping date.

For international orders, parcels are considered lost 30 working days after shipping date.

If it reaches this time, we will refund the order or send out a replacement.

Returns:

PLEASE NOTE: Please contact us before you return any items.

If you change your mind, you can return your order to us within 7 days of receipt.*

*Bear in mind that if there is nothing wrong with the record/s, you will be responsible for the return postage cost

For any faulty/damaged items:

a) You can return them to us for a full refund as long as we are notified of the fault within 30 days of receipt. We will also refund the cost of your return postage. In order for us to do this, please make sure that you take a photo of the postage receipt. For UK orders please send them back by 2nd class standard. For international please contact us.

b) If you’re happy to keep the record, we will offer you a % discount as a refund depending on the severity of the damage.
