We have a minimum order value of £20.00 plus the cost of postage. We have had to implement a minimum order value to cover costs and transaction fees. Whilst we still sell some individual items for less than £20.00 the order total before postage must equal £20.00 or more to be fulfilled. If you place an order that totals less than £20.00 before postage we will give you the option to add items to the order to bring the total to £20.00 or more. If you don't want to add any further items we will cancel the order. Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause but it is the only way that we can continue to offer quality items at fantastic prices with unrivalled customer service.

UK: Shipping Offers/Prices

We have now been able to lower our shipping costs. It now costs the same to order eight vinyl from us as it does to order 1! So why not add to your order!

Rest of the World:

We can now ship large orders via Courier which may well be cheaper than our standard postage rates E.G. 30 Records to the USA for only £45.00! If you would like to purchase a large number of Vinyl please ask us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

WE ALWAYS USE BRAND NEW HIGH QUALITY MAILERS TO POST VINYL IN. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT WITH TWO NEW STRONG STIFFENERS TO GIVE THE VINYL EXTRA PROTECTION. WE CARE ABOUT PROTECTING YOUR PURCHASE SO WE USE THE HIGHEST QUALITY PACKING MATERIALS!

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASING THE VINYL OR THE ORDER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED .
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING FOR POSTAL INSURANCE, ESPECIALLY FOR RARE OR VALUABLE ITEMS BUT WE WILL HOWEVER ASSIST WITH ANY CLAIMS IF NECESSARY.

PAYMENT: We will only post to your registered paypal address. If you would like us to post to a different address you need to put a note in the comments section when making the paypal payment giving the full address to which the order should be sent or you need to change your paypal address. If we receive a request to send to a different address after the paypal payment has been made then we will refund the payment and the buyer will be sent a copy of this message and will need to send the payment again in accordance with the instructions set out above. Alternatively we can accept bank transfers. If no payment is received 5 days after we have refunded it the order will be cancelled.

QUESTIONS ABOUT POSTAGE - our postage prices are correct. If you have a large overseas order (more than 10 vinyl) we will quote the cost for a courier.

Please Note - Generic = Plain white or black paper or card sleeve or plastic outer sleeve. A generic sleeve will not be the original artwork or company sleeve.

RETURNS: Return postage costs are not refunded by us, however if you paid via PayPal they will cover your return postage costs, you must contact PayPal about your return postage costs if you want them to refund you.

VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

We are a small family run business. We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as we can. We are record collectors and we do know what it feels like to patiently wait for a record to arrive once an order has been placed.

However we are not Amazon and cannot always ship instantly. We just can't because of the size of our business. During busy periods it can sometimes take 4 - 5 days to ship an order from when it has been received. Please don't be alarmed by this, some of these records are over 20 years old so hopefully waiting a couple of extra days for your order to be dispatched during busy periods is bearable.

If you need your order in time for a special event you should either ensure that you order it in plenty of time ahead of the required delivery date or check with us to see what our dispatch times are at the time you order. If this isn't acceptable for whatever reason (and we understand that for some customers it might not be) then we apologies in advance and suggest that another vendor may be better able to meet your delivery requirements.

Please rest assured that we try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and as you can see from our feedback our customers are normally happy with dispatch times and the quality of the products we sell.

We always aim to please our customers and try to ensure that they are happy with our service but next day delivery is just something we cannot offer at this time and we do hope that you understand this and continue to shop with us.
