Right of Withdrawal

For EU Countries:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vinyl Digital GmbH, Am Metzenweg 1, 55494 Mörschbach, Email: [email protected], Tel.: +49 (06764) 3039900-30) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods

Costs of Return
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exception: If the delivered goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• For the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
• For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery;
• For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
Return Shipping Costs for Non-EU Customers
For customers from non-EU countries:
In the case of withdrawal or return, including defective or incorrect goods, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Withdrawal: The customer bears the return shipping costs for the return of the goods.
• Defective Goods: Even in the case of defective delivery or a defect in the goods, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. However, if the goods are indeed defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer will be informed of the further process.

• Return: The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
