Please be patient when sending an e-mail as we get hundreds every day. We do our best to answer within 3 working days (Monday - Friday). Although we are happy to answer most questions we don't have time to compare our tunes with youtube clips etc.

Gradings

Our stock is graded visually unless it specifically says otherwise in our description. Gradings are a subjective issue and although they are graded at the point of listing and checked again for accuracy before they are shipped, not everyone will agree with our grades. We do have a money back guarantee so you may return any item to us for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the original purchase price in full. Buyers are responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us and we do not refund return shipping costs for a difference of opinion on grades.

Shipping

We ship 3 days a week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We remove the vinyl from the outer sleeve before packing to prevent the vinyl from damaging the sleeve during transit. We only use proper professional cardboard mailing envelopes and stiffeners specially designed for vinyl records. International orders are also bubble wrapped for their longer journeys.

Shipping price is calculated by weight of the order and includes picking & packaging costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We welcome orders from international buyers. We ship by tracked services so that we can keep track of your order for your peace of mind as well as ours. The order is fully insured so if the order is lost/damaged we guarantee to refund you in full. We can ship by untracked post if you want cheaper shipping but you would need to send the payment by Paypal "friends and family". No compensation is paid if the item is lost/damaged.

[b] Here’s a few more things you need to know :-

1. Customs declarations are marked as “Sale” and with the value of your order. Please do not ask for packages to be marked as ‘gift’ or for the customs declaration to be marked lower.

2. Unreceived orders: We will send you a tracking link but if there are any issues with the tracking / delivery please let us know and we will get straight onto sorting it out for you. Please note that if you are out when delivery is attempted it will be returned to your Main Post Office and you should arrange to collect it from there. Postal services are supposed to leave a notification card that delivery has been attempted but as this is not always the case. For a package to be considered officially “missing”, it needs to be have been 20 business days after the posting date (Europe) or 25 business days after the date of posting (Rest Of World).

3. Undelivered packages: If a package is returned to us as an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address being provided, it not being collected from the Main Post Office, or for any other reason beyond our control, you can either pay the additional postage for redelivery or we will refund you for the value of the items but not the original shipping costs.

4. You are responsible for any customs charges. These customs charges are usually described as duties & taxes and could also include a fee levied by the courier. If a package is undelivered because of a refusal to pay any customs fees, Customs will use their discretion to either return the package to us or destroy it. If it is returned to us then we will refund you the cost of the item(s) ordered but if the package is destroyed then we will not pay any compensation.

We are friendly and fair and will do our best to resolve any problems if you’re friendly and fair also! We strive for positive feedback and harmonious relations but unfortunately, some buyers never give us the opportunity to resolve problems and prefer to leave Neutral/Negative feedback without any prior contact with us. Reasonable buyers will know that Neutral/Negative feedback should only be left as a last resort.

If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), or you’ve simply changed your mind we'll give you a refund with no fuss. Please let us know within 5 working days of receiving the order if there is a problem or if you wish to return any item. The item must be returned within 14 days and received in same condition as shipped and in the original packaging and we guarantee we will refund 100% of the original purchase price within 2 working days of receiving the goods. Buyers are responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us unless we agree otherwise. Please note that the returns address is NOT the business address so please do not send returns to the shop address. We will e-mail you with the returns address.
