vinyl and label Strong VG+. Sleeves are not. Outersleeve has no splits but has moist spots, wear and discoloring. Inside of outersleeve has pencil notation. Generic innersleeve has some water spots and discoloring. Inner booklet has waterspots and age wear. If it wasn't for the waterspots it would be VG.
