Vinyl comes in a blank white jacket with a promo sheet taped to it, and a second promo/press sheet. It comes with a stock jacket for the release, too. The promo sheets are slightly yellowed on the edges. The one taped to the white jacket has a message at the bottom says “Defective…The first 3 seconds of “Graveyard Shift” are missing.” I don’t have a stock copy to compare, but it may be unique to the test pressing. Jacket has very light edge wear and generic white jacket has some corner wear.
