It doesn't appear to have any other significant issues underneath the shrinkwrap (of course it is impossible to tell 100% without opening the album). Side A is tracks taken from the 1st 3 LPs. Side B is the "Suite Mexicana" EP originally only available on a 7" single.

The sticker is underneath the shrinkwrap indicating that this copy was wrapped after arriving in the USA.
