No cuts or holes. Cover has some creasing visible at the spine side from about the top to about halfway down and at the bottom right corner. Not bad but it is definitely noticeable. Some minor wear at the corners and a small scuff at the the top edge about 2-3" from vinyl opening. All-in-all a very nice copy.
