New Status Available to Help You Manage Orders
Discogs has made it a little easier for sellers to manage orders. “In Progress” is a new optional order status that can be set in-between “Payment Received” and “Shipped.” The new status not only lets your customers know that their item is being packed or ready to be shipped, but it is also designed to help you more effectively process multiple orders.
How does this affect me?
You can manage multiple orders with ease. Filter for orders set to “In Progress” so you can quickly locate what items still need to be shipped.
You’ll have more informed customers. Let buyers know that their order is being processed and they will have more clarity about status or delivery times.
What else do I need to know?
- This is an optional status. You are not required to use this new option.
- This is not an automatic step, so you will have to manually update the status to “In Progress” if you wish.
- The “Shipped” status is permanent. After you update the status to Shipped, you can’t revert back to “In Progress.”
