Balls out house & acid classicks produced by the one & only Mark Archer. An uncommon find, sleep & weep.

I did not love this at first, but boy was I wrong & Frank made me admit it. Perhaps there are tracks he’s made that shine more than some here, but those legendary tunes still rinse any floor. If you leave this sitting around you simply don’t know what... See full review

With these eye-watering prices hopefully someone figures out a vinyl repress since the Wire & Dome ones all went out pretty fast. Mute? Editions Mego? Superior Viaduct? Hopefully someone out there listening...

So sad that we've lost both FEOS & Heiko M/S/O, who turn in a belting acid scorcher on this one. Roman's side is ace too.

To me this isn’t as quite strong as some of his recent outings or the previous one on this label, but it’s excellent work still and a continuation of a flabbergasting display of productivity and talent for the last couple of years. Nina seems to... See full review

My favorite of his slim but very often played catalogue, especially ‘The Upstairs Lounge’. His passing only increases the worth of these few finely cut gems, too few for a man of such ability. RIP 💔

While some of this is a little overly closely inspired by Detroit techno, it’s remarkable that two Stafford lads were able to pull this together contemporary to the release of many of the earliest Detroit classics. Sampling and referencing Detroit &... See full review

Prime Source Records-style experimental jams, leaning equally heavily into classic Detroit & classic early minimal sounds and safely ahead of its time, especially for a US producer, with more than a hint of Move D throughout. Unfortunate but not... See full review

Nice to have a repress (and tiny re-edit) of this OG acid ripper. Don’t mind Delta’s EBM-laced remix, but the Lost Trax version manages to renew the classic inna deeper style with subtle deconstructions and new elements. Class.

One of the most brutally functional releases from the celebrated duo. Take-no-prisoners hardcore techno tracks with the unique power electronics sound sphere that makes their work so texturally interesting. Grimy as hell and a blast to drop into a DJ... See full review

Small price to pay for an otherwise rarely obtainable masterpiece. Noted, vexing, but I’ll keep my repress & suffer gladly, as Karl I’m sure would prefer.

It's a shame artists and releases like this fall into obscurity over time, and not surprising the value went up so much, especially with the current fad for '90s reissues, mostly deserving but some not so much. This one definitely is, certainly for... See full review

‘Hannett’ track title is key to what’s going on here, a deceptively simple distillation of complex influences that reaches twisted, druggy high points while staying mostly in the pocket. Excellent stuff for almost any floor at almost any time in the... See full review

Unique, influential synthesis of bleep techno, noise, industrial music, and minimal that created a rare high point in mid-late 2000s puristic techno when much of the rest of the genre was in fallow fields. Now canonical; especially the early catalogue.

Somehow outdoes the 2LP for pure nastiness. Both the extended A1 and B1 will scorch any dancefloor and burn quite a few ears off due to the sheer intensity of the noise floor. The 2LP has some great punchline tracks on it, but for me it's this that... See full review
