HUGE DISAPPOINTING U.S. PRESSING ALERT:
This U.S. edition has off centered (it weaves ) grooves on Side B.
You can especially hear it in the last two songs Careful What I Try To Do + Kid You're Not Alone.
"Kid" has the most noticeable issues

Just as with the 2016 reissue of Bella Donna, "The Wild Heart" is cleaned up nicely. While this album didn't have as many top ten singles, it is still one of her best solo recordings. Summer of 1983 will always hold a memory of this album with me. It... See full review

This remastered 2 LP set is about as perfect as it gets. Plays back great no matter what the dynamics are. In the silent or near silent passages this pressing is very quiet. It's an example of an early 80's live recording done the right way. No ear... See full review

Not sure. It is not numbered. It has limited edition on the hype sticker, but don't they all?
Maybe check Barnes & Noble website

Great pressing, produced by We Are Vinyl for Barnes & Noble. Considering where and when this classic live album was recorded, it holds up pretty well. June Carter Cash even showed up for all the men. Johnny's stage presence is terrific, even in a prison. See full review

The quality is excellent, and the vinyl plays very quiet throughout the entire 4 sides. 180 Gram vinyl.
PS: It's not a unplugged style concert just because they are with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, it R O C K S !!

This has the audio quality of 12" singles. The grooves are spread out over the whole side, even though they didn't have to be. Playing back on my favorite cartridge Stanton 680 HP, this one has solid bass and the treble/mids are very nice as well. I... See full review

Did Tame Impala just now discover the "Flanger" effect button on this one? Yikes!! Phrasing is a cool effect, but not constantly through a song or DJ set.

I wonder why he wrote "And so my friends I'll say goodbye for time has claimed it's prize. But the music never dies, just listen and close your eyes and welcome to paradise" on the back of the CD insert.

The Back To Black editions of Stained Class are awesome sounding. I found the 2 LP translucent purple edition, and it's one of the hardest to find of the color vinyl editions. Seek out any edition of the Back To Black editions if you can.

Unfortunately, Dave Gahan decides to let the female audience sing over him on far too many songs in this live set. That's not what many of us want to hear. I guess that's what an artist gets for using microphones with an unbalanced mix for the... See full review

I agree with the post by pgosnell on July 1st. It sounds very clean. "Start Me Up" has the quality and power-punch of a 12" single with a STANTON 680 HP cartridge. . My fav is "Heaven" by far, one of the most unique songs that The Stones ever... See full review

7/7/20 Update. Got a replacement copy and it has the same problem with Side B
posted a review of Bee Gees - Children Of The World. 3 months ago
This feels like 180 Gram vinyl and side A sounds great,
strong dynamics and the quiet passages are quiet.
On Side B the whole side sounds off, especially on the strings.
Sort of sounds like a bad 8-Track or cassette.
On Side B when I look at the... See full review

If you think Prince and Red Hot Chili Peppers were not influenced by Hendrix? Play "Jungle" on Disc 1, track 3. That ought to clear any doubts up. Recorded: Record Plant, New York, November 14, 1969.

Playing exact copy with a Stanton 680 HP cartridge. Not the greatest pressing, but not a bad one. Treble and bass are nicely balanced, I don't hear a hiss on either side, and the vinyl is quiet in the quiet areas.
