I don't sell any of my records.
Please only contact me if I will gain something from it!
Been around since the first version of Discogs and with each update new rules how to submit a release have been applied, therefor some of my older submissions might seem incorrect compared to todays standard. Have been using Discogs longer then my profile states, don't know why the date is incorrect, possible it happened when the second version came into action. Also have to admit that YEARS ago I submitted a lot of stuff from another collector sites especially for the labels West End, Bottom Line & Salsoul which isn't a good thing to do but you have to understand when Discogs was VERY small and there was so much releases missing in the database that the site wasn't really functional. It was important to fill the label catalogs to make more people use Discogs and that way giving it a snowball effect (which really worked). This was accepted at the time, no one could ever imagine how successful and huge Discogs would become! The first version wasn't very user friendly, submissions could be pending for six months mostly because there was (If I remember right) only ONE Editor and Moderator. Today people have forgotten who really build this site, guys like DJ Insomnia, Moogman and Walli. I was the one who demanded that people had to leave Producer credits, not just in notes and since my fellow Moderators didn't agree with that I actually got fired as a Mod, later I was asked to join again. Also fought for YEARS that Soul and Funk would be accepted in Discogs. It has been a long journey but now it's working well and definitely hundred times better then just a few years ago. The system just gets better and better it's going to be excellent, close to perfect! There is a reason why the old "first rule" of Discogs "Relax, Discogs is never going to be perfect" have been removed.

What identifier exist to separate the 2003 light blue/blue repress to 1995 copies? Colour of sleeve isn't the most reliable identifier.

The "NSC" release sounds good but "Metropolis Mastering" sounds FANTASTIC.

Have you compared the original to the reissue? "Hybrid" is very overwhelming and bass heavy on the original and the other tracks sound pretty thin. Do you want to remaster the character out of the songs so everything sounds the same? Unless people...

This version is different to the Devoshun release and the one to get - Free Style - No, No, No, My Friend (You're Wrong So Do It Again).

If you like "Pal Joey Interpretation" I recommend you to check out "Shake" on Cravo E Canela - Shake / New Nature. Always felt these two tracks are connected. Both have palm trees on label and promoting shaking. Cheap, deep and useful 12".

No luv for this record? "Muscle Memory" is such a classy banger, simple and timeless.

"Say You're Gonna Stay (Smack Mix)" is a hidden gem. Strong production, lyrics and amazing vocal performance by Darryl D'Bonneau. Well done.

My Life (The Urban - Jazz Deep Ass Dub) mix is a hidden gem - still cheap and deserves some more attention. Take a listen and agree.

There are no rules on how to edit a track....strange ideas.

Pretty sure the sound quality on this release was questionable straight from the pressing plant. Containing clicks, pops and background noise from day one. Bought my copy 94 and I would question sellers having a VG+ or M copy of this release.

Remember buying this one and 99.9% sure it was re-released around 2001-2005. Same print and sticker on sleeve but label might have slight different nuance of orange. Can anybody else confirm?
