Welcome,
We are a brick and mortar record store located in Arlington, Texas. Our store opened in 1993, and has been selling online since around 2000. We specialize in all formats of media as well as genre. Our inventory is extensive, both online and in-store. We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service and satisfaction. These are a few of the reasons why we have managed to survive to this day.

Our online pricing does not reflect our in store price. If items are picked up in store, the in store price is valid, not the online price.
Shipping:
We ship out orders seven days a week.
We will gladly ship anywhere in the world.
We ship to the address associated with your Discogs account at time of check out.
It is not our responsibility if you fail to update your address correctly.
Items usually ship within 24-48 hours or less of payment received. However during peak season it may take up to 72 hours.
All shipping includes tracking & is provided when the item ships.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, we will not mark the value at anything other than the purchase price. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We only remove the record from the sleeve upon request.
Availability:
Our inventory is not limited to our Discogs store. We have tens of thousands additional items in stock & rotating daily, in-store.
All stock shown is also available in our busy shop, so there may be times when items have sold in the shop before being removed from Discogs. We try to maintain the accuracy of the stock list, but cannot always guarantee availability of items ordered. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused, but please bear this in mind when ordering.
Grading:
All of us here are also record collectors, and appreciate accurate grading. So we take grading very seriously, and grade conservatively. We do our best to represent items accurately. However we are human and we can make errors. If your opinion may differ from ours please contact us to discuss. We will be happy to help.
Pressings:
We make every attempt at matching the exact pressing to the matrix, catalog, barcode numbers, color, country, etc. At times they may very slightly, or are edited in the database by another user after we have listed an item for sale. We cannot always confirm matrix, catalog, barcode numbers, color, etc, especially if it is unmarked or sealed. However the majority of the time we know based on several factors. Such as what we ordered from our distributors, process of elimination, etc. If any of this is of concern to you, please reach out and ask us prior to purchase.
Questions:
We attempt to answer all questions within 24hrs.
We are also very busy, and may not always have time to play individual records, take photographs of sleeves, etc. If we are able, we will do our best to respond to requests. Be sure to send an email address when making such requests.
Offers:
All offers will be considered. If we do not accept your offer it was based on a number of reasons. Please do not be upset if we no not accept, it is not personal.
Payment:
We accept PayPal & money orders. You may also make arrangements to pick up store.
Payment should be arranged/received within seven days. During peak times or on limited releases we please ask you make payment within four days.
Cancellation requests after payment is completed will incur the original non-refundable PayPal & handling fee.
Damaged/ Defective Orders:
In the rare instance a used item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know. We are happy to help and work it out.
We are not responsible for Brand New items with manufactures defect. If an item is Brand New and has an issue we recommend contacting the label directly.
