Not necessarily. It's possible it was released in 2020 and you only bought it in 2021. If your matrix runouts and barcode match this, then it is this.

Seems to be a lot of complaints about this vinyl pressing. It is unfortunate, really. Electronica usually sounds reliably good on vinyl, even 33 1/3 RPM LPs. I don't own this record, but let me tell you, the CD of this is plenty loud and dynamic... See full review

Can anyone tell me if this is 45 RPM like the Vagrant/Ghostly grey marbled pressing?

Listening to this on vinyl is revelatory, and as others have commented, a big improvement over the CD. The orange pressing of The Last Broadcast is a bit better than this, or at least it sounds better because I think that one was better engineered.... See full review

GZ Media strikes again. Mine came with a big gouge in Side 1, producing a faint repetitive tick when playing (but thankfully no skips). It also has some visible gunk on it that might be residue from the inner sleeve, that should clean off. I can't... See full review

The only two vinyl releases of this EP on Discogs are listed as being RSD-only. Amazon is selling a pressing of this, which I doubt is a limited edition. So, is that pressing one of these already on Discogs, or another pressing entirely? Did someone... See full review

My copy has a quiet surface and sounds just fine if a bit thin overall, with a few tracks sounding great: "PDA", "The New" and "Leif Erikson". This is the pressing Amazon is shipping as of April 2021, even though there is a newer pressing out there.

Beautiful album from start to finish. The pressing is flawless and sounds superb. I'm listening through a Gyger stylus which accentuates every flaw, and I hear none.

Maybe one of the best sounding records in my collection. This is so good, I am abandoning my search for an original pressing.

This is an excellent pressing, despite it being from GZ which often does noisy ones. And it sounds great.

I took a chance ordering this from the UK hoping to get this Optimal pressing, and I'm glad I did. Clear, warm sound, near zero surface sound.

WOW, very impressive pressing in quality and sound. GZ is turning it around, it would seem.

Usually a locked groove is a 100% intentional feature at the end of a side. I think it's cool when bands do this. HOWEVER, my copy does not have this. So, yes that is odd.

Another example of a track sequence gone wrong. There's too many ballads on Side 1, and Side 2 ends up being much heavier and shorter. It should have been arranged like this for better flow and balance:

Shadow should have combined CD2 (Vocal Suite) with some of the better tracks on CD1 such as "Slingblade" and "Firestorm" as one album. The Instrumentals disc, besides a handful of tracks, is kind of a chore to get through. What a shame that any DJ... See full review

The version of "Creatures" on the original Bricolage CD is different from the digital version. The CD version has a longer intro, but does not have the sampled dialog, while the digital version (which is darker in tone overall) does.

This is definitely an odd one. They were going for optimal sound quality spreading the music across two records at 45 RPM, but at the same time it's a freakin' picture disc, which audiophiles typically avoid like the plague. It indeed sounds worlds... See full review

This cut of Force Mass Motion - Why Me has a slightly different intro than the version on the Lot 49 release breaks mix. https://www.discogs.com/Force-Mass-Motion-Why-Me/release/352705 I wonder if Meat Katie remixed it slightly for the Bedrock Breaks set? See full review

My pick for best rock album of all time, if anyone ever asks. I think they split up the record wrong, though. "Fitter Happier" sounds awkward kicking off the side as it turns out. It is more impactful when "Karma Police" flows right into it. Here is... See full review

This is a fantastic pressing in my estimation. Very little sibilance detected and that's only on one or two tracks. I caught a crackle or two but I still have to clean it (it has very little noise). Lana's voice is clear as day, and the bass is huge.... See full review
