No. Only those that were pre-ordered via Burning Shed I believe. If a signed postcard hasn't been mentioned in the item description I'd assume that it doesn't contain it.

Thanks, I've not yet purchased this as I felt really let down with their previous album (that seems to get worse with each listen) but if it sounds anything like their earlier albums in scope then it might be worth picking up. To be honest, the... See full review

Doesn't sound nearly as bad as I was expecting - just wish the vinyl artwork was used instead!
Madness - Mad Not Mad
posted a review of Madness - Mad Not Mad. about 1 year ago
The most underrated Madness album in my mind. Sure, it's a step away from their classic 'ska' sound, however, I think it showcases some of their finest song writing. The production is very 'of it's time', and some might call it dated which might also... See full review

Similar to previous replies, I also think the sound quality is excellent. I also cannot understand the bad reviews. Yes, it's a single record but I hear no sibilance or distortion associated with there being too much music on each side. No pops, ticks... See full review
Nils Frahm - Felt

I miss this kind of Nils Frahm music. This is gorgeous piano music and highly melodic. It's loose but it's not meandering, and it never trails off into ambient territory or lengthy self indulgence. It's short and sweet and it contains some of the most... See full review

I really wasn't sure which version on vinyl to purchase, so I got this one in the end as it seemed to have overall positive reviews. Thankfully I can't detect any sibilance or distortion that have seemingly plagued editions of this excellent album.... See full review

Is there anyway to know how these releases were distributed? It seems most sales here are from people who purchased in the US/Netherlands/France/Italy/Germany etc (although many of the US sales look highly suspicious...)

A lot of copies that seem to have sold seem to be fake/fraudulent. There's simply no way that 'new' copies are being sold for 12 to 20 pounds. I've seen many fake copies of this CD on sale. Genuine copies have a rectangular sticker and a clear jewel... See full review

I agree with previous reviewers, this is a stunning album. It's not perfect but it just seems to be far greater than the sum of it's parts. It's an album that few people have heard of, and for many it went completely under their radar, however if... See full review

This is the standard black edition with an extra paper strip added to the outside by the distributor. Sadly it is not a separate edition (like it was misleadingly adversitied as) - it should be merged with the standard release and a comment in the... See full review

The more I listen to this album, the more I'm convinced it's one of Steven Wilson's best works. I still prefer Returning Jesus, but this is a close second favourite No-Man album for me. It's a far darker and serious album but the atmosphere it creates... See full review

Although I own a later pressing with superior sound quality (and using a real drum as opposed to a drum machine), this will be the version I reach for 9 times out of 10. I simply can't understand why it was reissued on 2LPs - 7 minutes of music on... See full review

I know sometimes it's not clear-cut, however surely this is a compilation? (and should be moved to the compilation section).

It's made up of the Colours single (and b-sides), plus the Days in The Trees EP, with additional 'new'/unreleased tracks.

Except, your analogy doesn't work:
1) £60 is still double the retail value of an already expensive item (i.e. hugely expensive)
2) People are angry because they potentially queued to buy it only to find that it was never stocked in the first place or... See full review

Well said, but I believe the fault ultimately lies with the band/management (scalpers are gonna scalp...). It's a shoddy way to treat their fans.

I feel your pain. As much as I dispise all this scalping, the record label and artist share a part of the blame - why limit something so obviously desirable to fans?

Is there anything that can be added to support this claim. The RSD day website clearly states it's limited to 800 copies:

Man I hate RSD with a passion. Why not simply release it 'normally' so that all people can enjoy it regardless of whether they live near a record store or not?? Or better still, enable people to preorder items from independent stores so that no-one misses out. See full review
