Really they're quite fearful.
They see us on stage with tight trousers.
We got armadillos in our trousers. It's quite fearful really the size and they run screaming.

Probably the best Moroder cover I have heard. The A side has vocals for the verse and vocoder for the chorus and the B-side is all vocoder. I tend to shy away from covers, especially when its of the relative same genre, but it is worth picking up.

A pretty good disco record from the Aleems legacy. Its more for the disco heads though. It's funny, during the breakdown you can hear somebody cough in the studio. I am guessing by accident. i like human error though.

I bought this because Peter Frost had something to do with it. It is however not that great. Its pretty much you're straight disco affair: nothing that hookey, no crazy synths or breakdowns. But its all apart of the Peter Frost history.

This is one of those "response" records that happened so often in the eighties, where there's a big hit record and other records come out of the wood-work emulating that sound and the lyrical content has something to do with the original hit song. In... See full review

When the Queen remasters where being made he was approached to do the remixes that are featured at the end of each cd and for quite a large sum of money. However, he turned it down because he wasn't intersted. Now that's punk rock.

The reason why this song is generally sought after is for the break (where it goes into this great dubby electro disco break). If you get the 7" inch version the break starts on the part 2. Great for an easier cue.

This is a great record to have if you want some of Gary Numan's best songs on a good pressing. However, that being said, the version of "Cars" on this release is a tighter tempo for mixing, but lacks compared to the original. So you might want to pick... See full review

This record is a scorcher and a must have for Roxy Music fans. I believe this is the last 12" by Roxy that features Brian Eno. The production on this record by Chris Thomas is great, he really knows how to peak a rock track like no other (you can see... See full review

These versions of "Surgery" & "Juice" are the ealry demo versions and not the ones that most people are accustomed to (like the one's on the singles and the albums, after this). However, they are not without there charm and still worth having.

Out of all the Catnip releases, this is in my opinion the best one. Each track on it is so good and so distinct. "Word to the Bird" is your typical italo affair but more of head nod to black 80s funk in a 122 bpm tempo.
"Smoking on the Pimp's Flim"... See full review

The original is great , but my 5/5 goes to the Swayzak remix on this release. This combination should be a band: female vocals (sightly off-key & off-time, in the most charming way); live bass and drums (in a punk-funk-dub style); and the most... See full review

I can't believe this hasn't been entered yet. I thought that this was quintessentiel Sheena Easton song. It's definitely her nastiess song for shure ("...but there's more that you come for, my sugar walls"). Prince was involved in it too, so it... See full review

The A-side on this release is alright. But if you wanna die and go to ghetto heaven the B-side will do the trick. "I Need U" is a great cut and paste filter house track with a ghetto feel and "Final Frontier" is sum sick acid busyness.

I got this record from my first girlfriend when I was 12. She was a bitch. This record, however, is great. It's your typical disco affair except the vocals are very minimal (a female duo sings "Moon Boots" once in a while in a sustained fashion. The... See full review

This record is essential for the late eighties house heads. "Definition of a Track" is awesome: totally stripped down house track from back in the day. And the track "Crazy" is awesome a great beat with hilarious vocals:

This record isn't very good. The instrumental in "Mechanical Emotion" has a nice kind of "black 80s swing groove" thang happinin and the lyrics on the flip side are absolutley hilarious:
"Oooh! Yes! He made such a mess of my dress!"
However, this... See full review

I know its cool to be all ghetto detroit and press 4 songs on side for the added lo-fi effect. But why not take out the crap songs and have a better pressing for the good songs? Urrrrg! That aside it is a great release of late 80s early 90s inspired... See full review

This is maybe one of the best 12"s I have picked up in a long time. Each track on it is scorcher of mostly slower jacking beats with distorted basslines. The title track samples Richard Pryor and is simply put a "tru kiler".

This is my top 20 favourite albums of all time. I have it on both LP and cd. It is often overlooked by the metal community for being too indutrial and overlooked by the industrial heads for being too metal. However, I think it is a brilliant release... See full review

The best Pet Shop Boys song? One of the most important productions by Bobby O? This could definitely be. That initial string sound seems to almost permeate the subconscious, where as soon as you hear it, you know. A great bassline that holds the song... See full review
